So like I found out that last night my brother was put in jail.
Let me start by saying last night he went to go see his favorite performer Janet Jackson in concert in L.A. He took his friend Barry with him. My brother has been waiting years to see Janet and he finally gets his chance and goes.
On his way home from the concert he's speeding home to get back sooner. If you know my brother his driving is not the best out there. He annoys the Hell out of me and I never ride with him, ever.
Anyway, he's exceeding the speed limit and it's most likely 2am or so. Not particularly the best time to be speeding after bar closing hours ya'know. So he gets stopped somewhere out in Westlake. The CHP of course are being total asshats and assume he's on drugs since he must have obviously passed his field sobriety test. Now understand this: My brother does not do nor has he ever used or abused drugs. He's a fucking pansy, prissy polar opposite to me. A 'goodie two-shoes' if you will. He's my older bro and has always given me shit for my mishaps with the law.
To continue on with this they suspect him of being under the influence and decide to take him to jail. Stating when they spoke to my mother about this that they saw white powder under his nostrils. LOL! You cannot believe the bullshit that this sounds like. I remember when my brother walked in on me and a friend doing blow when I was a teenager. He ratted me off in seconds! My brother would never be doing cocaine let alone know where to find it. :P
So they take him to the station to test him for substances. Pretty funny. I wonder what dumbfucks they're gonna look like when all they find is asthma meds and nothing more. The man doesn't even drink! He doesn't even smoke cigarettes for Christ's sake! I bet he's more pissed off and scared shitless because he's getting his first taste of what jail is like in his 41 year old life.
Gotta love it when all this bullshit started because he had to push the speed limit. I wish I could have seen how he reacted to the cops stopping him initially. My brother doesn't have the best social skills. In fact he offends more people and honestly believes it's everyone else that has a problem. Him and I go head to head often for trivial bullshit all too often. So I can see his inability to handle himself properly for a routine speeding ticket.
I still haven't heard from him yet today. Knowing Ventura County Jail they'll take their sweet ass time releasing him. Also he'll have to get his car out of impound. I wonder what more will come of this, lol.
